Where will my website live once it is online?
Your site will live on a host computer, known as a server, which is always online. Your site will remain your property even if it isn’t stored on your computer. We will store the master copy on our computer so updates and amendments can be made.

How can I get my original logo and company order form onto my site?
Whatever you would like to be on your site can be on it. We can design logos and images for you or we can use your originals. Your company logo, images, location maps can all be scanned, up to a maximum size of A4. All images will be optimized to ensure fast download time, and we always use up to date software so your web images will be just as good as the original ones. Your online order form can be designed too or taken from your own stationary and converted to an online format.

Can I have links to other sites?
Yes, hyperlinks can be set up for both internal links within your site as well as external links to other websites.

How long will it take before my site goes online?
So that your company information is on the Internet straight away, while your larger site is being designed, we can put a single page site on your chosen host location, which would include your company details. It can also include images of your products, custom designed buttons, menu bars and titles. This single page will be replaced when your main site is published. Your main site will be online within a short time after your approval, however it will also depend on how long it takes you to supply the material you require for the site content.

What about updates and amendments?
Your site can be updated at whenever you require. We recommend your site should be updated regularly to ensure up to date information and so regular visitors don't get bored, a bored visitor won’t recommend your site to others and they also won’t return. Updates and amendments are charged at an additional cost. All updates and amendments can be emailed or phoned through to us and we will make that changes within 24 hours depending on the complexity.

Not at all, we believe in being straight forward and there is no reason why a professional web site should cost the earth! All options and prices can be adjusted to your requirements. There are no hidden costs or contracts and the price for the design package is a one off payment so once the site is completed and paid for, you only have to pay the hosting fee each year.

How long will it take to receive traffic to my website?
Most search engines will index your site once submitted to them within 2-3 weeks, Yahoo! can take up to 12 weeks if accepted as it is the world's largest search engine. Once your site is indexed it will be ranked and put on the search engine, the ranking position will depend upon the content and keyword relevance and other factors. Your ranking position will depend upon competition from other sites as to how long you will stay in that position, with time the more people who use the search engine to find you will help increase your ranking position towards the top number one position. You should start to see traffic to your site within 4-6 months from first submission to search engines.

Can I design my own web site?
